Same I/A since 2006 Purchased, and completely painted with new interior and new windows in JUNE 2006. Aircraft has been kept at 7FL4 in an insulated and air conditioned hangar since purchase. Annuals were performed by the same I/A who is Grumman savvy since purchased and the Grumman AG5B inspection check list was closely followed along with FAA standards. 0-360 A4K LYCOMING 250 hrs on 4 new Lycoming cylinders. Oil and fuel hoses recently renewed. Skytec starter. Plane power alt and voltage regulator. Power Flo muffler. Left mag has just had 500hr Insp. on first run mag. Right mag is new SURFLY SIM 4 P electronic mag with recently replaced mag wires. Replaced baffel seals where needed. All new LORD motor mounts. New CONCORDE 24 volt maintenance free battery with new BATTERY MINDER for charger.

KING 165 nav-com radio. Garmin GTN 650 gps and gpss steering coupled to S-TEC 50 autopilot coupled to 2- GARMIN G5’s attitude and hsi instruments capable of flying fully coupled approaches. This means that the vacuum pump has been deleted. KING KT74 transponder with adsb out to meet 2020 FAA requirements. F5P fuel monitor and totalizer. 4 place intercom AEROVONICS AV20S multifunction featuring, angle of attack, clock, outside temp, aircraft speed, and battery volts. ELT is an ACK 406 with current batteries
