    Exterior

    Exterior Notes
A good looking Beechcraft Sierra 200! This aircraft has the original paint and paint scheme. She looks good, and shines up well. The leading edges may need very minor touchups, but otherwise they show good. There are no dents in the leading edges as well. Tires are in good shape as well as the prop, control surfaces, both wing walks (2-Doors!), struts, suspension pucks, cowl, wingtips, chrome spinner and wing root seals. All of these items are in good condition! This aircraft shows good, and looks really nice in the air!

    Interior

    Interior Notes
The interior of this airplane is all original and has tons of potential without having to put much into it. A good start on this airplane would be the windshield and although it looks good, there are two cracks. The carpets are original and show good, but do show normal signs of wear. The instrument panel is in good shape as it is metal and holds the value, but could be touched up in some spots. Otherwise it looks good. Among the items that are in good shape are the seats with no rips or tears and show great, the glare shield, the door leather upholstery with no rips or tears, cabin plastics, and throttle column. The prop control is missing the blue knob.

    Inspection Status

    Inspection Status
Next Annual: 11/1/2020 Useful Load: 931.27 Usable Fuel: 57.2 Ownership History: The previous owner had inherited this airplane from his father after many years of ownership. His father had passed and he decided that it was time to sell this Sierra 200 to Aircraft Ownership Solutions. Damage History: 9/1/1979 Gear up, all repairs professionally made, no prop strike. 5/11/1996 Prop strike, engine & prop professionally repaired (new prop) and torn down by Shelby Aviation. 5/11/2005 Landing gear failed and gave way resulting in prop strike. Prop and engine professionally repaired (new prop) and torn down by Mena Aircraft Engines, INC. Maintenance History: Complete since new In-flight Report: This airplane is very roomy, lands very well, and is comfortable to fly. The three blade prop gives it better climb performance and with the retractable gear, more speed. She did 135kts across the ground on the way home. I enjoyed flying this aircraft and the tight controls gave a sense of ruggedness to the airplane.
