**Aircraft is Currently in Escrow** This is a super solid VFR platform with IFR certification in case you feel the urge to pop through the clouds. I have been all over the place in this airplane and have LOVED it! With three full size doors, a bit of extra carrying capacity, and the roomiest cockpit you'll ever sit in, this bird makes for an incredible family hauler on those fun weekend excursions. Mechanics will tell you this is one of the cleanest planes you can get your hands on. With a very low time Lycoming Factory engine and low time TT air frame, this is an extremely sound flying machine. I have all the original logs and will be working to digitize them for online reference. I can also arrange to meet with you for log book inspections. This airplane has an ADS-B tail beacon by uAvionics for 2020 compliance. I am moving out of the country, and as much as I have tried to find a way to maintain this airplane as it deserves to be, I will not be able to do so while out of the USA. I fly this airplane 2 to 4 times a week. Tach and HOBBS will be subject to change until a serious buyer is found.
