    Date of last annual: 11/20/2019 Repair History: 3/3/1995: Repair to #2 rib on lower wing inboard side. 6/8/1997: Aircraft veered off runway, crossed an irrigation ditch, nosed over and came to rest inverted. Right main gear was collapsed and wing spars in both RH wings were broken. Form 337 dated 6/19/2013 indicates left lower wing was rebuilt. Complete Logs: Yes Note: Aircraft was substantially damaged in nose-over accident 6/1997 and was repaired and returned to service 6/28/2015.
