Fun and economical plane. I bought this to get my private and instrument rating in. I have bought another plane and do not need 2 airplanes. I have flown it approx. 650 hrs since March 2012 when I purchased it. I still fly it regularly so the times will change. This is a great plane to learn to fly in. It is also a great time builder. It burns approx 8.5gph at 100kts TAS. So if you just want to make weekend hamburgers runs it is great for that also. It is hangared but a some point in its life it received light hail damage. There is no deferred maintenance items. If something broke it got fixed. The plane flies great and I really enjoy it but cannot justify 2 airplanes.
