Original interior with low overall time. I am the third owner. The fuselage was in a dry climate and I have always hangard the aircraft. The fabric is original and still in fantastic condition. The paint is peeling in some spots and should be sanded and touched up. The belly skin should be replaced. With the oil on it, it will not hold paint. Some owners have put sheet metal on the belly.

Major overhauled engine by LyCon. The crank case is original but every other part on the engine has been replaced with new. Pistons, cylinders, magnetos, exhaust, Crankshaft, reworked to factory spec. cam shaft, propellor hub, Fuel Totalizer, EGT probes and gauge, Motor mounts, baffling, fine wire plugs, Carburetor Overhauled etc.

1,700 hours TT. New hub ICW SB to new Hartzell PN D6529-1

Changed the brake lines over from solid tubing to high pressure stainless braided.

New Icom radio. New Garmin GTX-327 transponder, four place intercom. Garmin 496.
