The paint is cream color with brown and black stripes. There are leading edge touchups that were done by a novice and the paint is not blended. Some of the paint is fading on the leading edges as well. The tires are in good shape as well as the spinner, cowl, prop, suspension pucks, wing walk, exhaust, glass, and fuselage step.

The seats are light brown leather with fabric in the center. No rips or tears. The plastics are tan with plastic wood trim. The baggage compartment is in good shape as well as the plastics. Glass is great. Standard Mooney yokes with pilot push to talk only. Rear seats recline. The carpets show normal signs of wear. Cabin ceiling fabric is in good condition.

Next Annual: 11/1/2020 Useful Load: 886.58 Usable Fuel: 48 Gallons Ownership History: This gentleman’s life was too busy to fly and so he sold the airplane to AOS. Damage History: 1993 Runway overrun. Engine factory overhauled with new prop and professionally documented fixes. Maintenance History: The Engine and Prop logbooks are complete, including the Factory Overhaul Tag. The Airframe logs are missing prior to 1993.
