Clean 1966 Cessna 310, 5475TT, Complete Logbooks And Never A Training Aircraft. No Accidents History. Strong Engines, Oil Analysis And Compressions Strong. Very Clean Panel And Instrumentation. This is a very very clean 310K and nothing that has to be done interior or exterior. You have 1800 useful load with 170 gallons tanks. Excellent aircraft for 1000NM trips if you need it for those missions. Carry 4 adults and luggage very comfortable on 2-3 hour legs with reserves at 180 knots. This is my personal plane I bought the aircraft to build multi-time and have a corporate job now flying private jets. Due to the high demand of flying over last several months. I decided that I do not have the time to fly the 310 as much as I would like. If you are not flying them, you will have problems. I had oil changed every 25 hours and checked oil analysis along with compressions to make sure everything was staying strong. This aircraft have complete and detailed logbooks and history of excellent maintenance and upkeep. Previous owner spent about $70,000 on the interior panel in 2012.

Painted in 2002 and always hangared. Excellent and could say 7 out of 10 overall.

Interior was done in 2004 and very good condition. The panel, circuit breakers and other panel cosmetics were all redone and looks like a recent year aircraft. Wont find another 310 this clean and well kept.

May 2019 was last annual.
