The exterior is in fair to good condition. The aircraft has received some touch ups over the years but is mostly original. There is normal fading in places such as the cowl and tail number areas. All of the windows were replaced in 1988 and look fantastic. See photos for details.

The interior is original and in good condition for its age! There are no rips or tears. The side panels and carpet are showing normal wear. The headliner is in good condition.

Ownership History: We purchased this Bonanza from a gentleman in Washington. He had owned the aircraft since the late 1990s. He used it primarily for travel to Louisiana for his business. He had since retired and decided he no longer needed a plane.
Damage History: The aircraft had a gear collapse in 1988. See 337 form dated February 8th 1988 for details
Maintenance History: Logbook missing from 1968-1977. Aircraft had 525.7 hours total time. See logbook entry dated October 17th, 1977 for verification. Logbooks from 1978 to present are complete.
