Aircraft operates out of a small island in the Bahamas where it is used regularly for many unique adventures that include saltwater operations. Aircraft is always hangared when not in use and is washed down meticulously with fresh water and salt away after every saltwater use. Interior compartments are treated with ACF-50 on a regular basis and all exterior hardware is treated with Par-Al-Ketone and CRC Heavy Duty Corrosion Inhibitor. Any cosmetic surface corrosion on the exterior of the fuselage and the floats is treated quickly and regularly by soda-blasting, Aluma-prep, Alodine, epoxy primer and paint. Floats have some minor cosmetic dents in the sides. Cosmetic corrosion touch-ups and cosmetic imperfections have been taken into consideration when establishing the asking price.
