    Description
    In 2013 DHC-6 MSN 082 underwent a High Gross conversion at Ikhana Aircraft Services in Murrieta, California giving it 300 series capabilities. 
The project involved comprehensive upgrades including engines, propellers, landing gear, paint, new interior, avionics, re-wiring, 300 series 
emergency exits, year 1-5 Year CPCP inspection and many other modifications including float attach fittings. The Aircraft flew only 520 hours to 
2018 when Gravitas Aviation Ltd. purchased it. Gravitas then completed extensive works package including 0 TSO PT6-27 Engines, 0 TSO 
propellers, 0 TSO MLG, OH flight controls, year 1-5 CPCP inspections, all AD/SB/EMMA and other inspections, removal of redundant systems to 
create a lighter aircraft and installation of air conditioning. The aircraft has just come off lease from high quality lessee and is in excellent 
condition and ready for delivery to its new operator. At 19,421 hours TTSN this is the lowest time 300 capable aircraft available in the world
