All logs, no damage, just losing my hearing and really need to stop flying to stay safe. California aircraft until last year when I brought it to Arizona. No expense spared maintaining this aircraft. Corona Motors performed Major Overhaul with no expense spared in August 2010. Aircraft flown regularly since OH. All new shock mounts, hoses, ducting, and reconditioned baffling. New ECI Titan Cylinders (NO AD on these).

Garmin 430W connected to Garmin 696 through panel. TIS traffic with GTX330 Transponder KX 155 Century 3 Autopilot with altitude hold and coupled to Garmin 430W and glide slope. Backup 2nd Auto Pilot - Century 1 Wing Leveler PS Engineering PM-3000 Intercom with switch and built in plug to listen to either IPod or XM Radio.

New Inflatable Door Seal Back Up Electric Vacuum Pump Large Ski/Storage Tube Electric Trim Bose Headsets in front/David Clark Headsets in Rear Front seats are set up for paneled power or dual plug headsets.

Original paint is in fantastic condition. Still shines brightly.

Interior is beautiful. Gorgeous burgundy wine color leather seats and carpet. Headliner and all panels were replaced at same time. Yokes were wrapped in beautiful leather to match seats. High end. You won't be disappointed.

$7000 annual completed in January 2014. I did not intend to sell the aircraft. IFR cert completed March 3rd, 2014. All ADs complied with.
