Beautiful Paint, Low Total Time, Very Low Engine Time Look at this beautiful low time, all original Cherokee Cruiser! There are not many like this one still around. With a digital radio, and a new engine, this airplane has TONS of time left on it for a student pilot looking to get a rating, build time, or someone who just wants to fly for convenience. Ownership History: The airplane was owned by the same pilot for 30 years. He was torn on selling the airplane but decided it was time for him to move on. He cared for the airplane greatly and hopes someone else will enjoy it for many years! Damage History: 1982 a wing was replaced. It is noted in the logbooks. In Flight Report: Flying the Cherokee 140 was a great experience. The paint looks great on the ramp when it was parked. The engine is smooth and powerful!

The Exterior was professionally stripped and painted in 2011 with Jet Glo paint. The airplane has always been hangared and looks fantastic! There are a couple very small spots of hail on the stabilator, but very shallow. 7/10

The Interior is original and in fair condition. The seats and carpets have no rips tears, minor defects. 6/10
