    All carbon fiber construction airframe, with six seats. A true cross-country airplane with many exclusive features. Aircraft has an excellent maintenance history with complete, original logbooks. Aircraft always hangared. EXCEPTIONAL low time EXTRA 400. One owner/Pilot/A&P since new. All records. Extensive upgrades and improvements. It is inexpensive to operate and maintain. Original cylinders remanufactured by ECI as Titan cylinders with NicaSil hard coating, hardened valve seats and guides, hoses changed to sealed Teflon types for oil, fuel and coolant. Quick turn fasteners for the top cowl, new sintered brake linings, new tires, EDM 800 engine monitor with percent of hp, upgraded Garmin 530 and 430 with XM, Nexrad, Terrain, Traffic and WAAS, upgraded STEC autopilot will handle all WAAS inputs. External battery charging port. Liquid cooled Voyager 550 engine cylinders, no shock cooling concerns. At 24,000ft, will cruise at 230 knots on 18 gph.     Upgraded STEC Autopilot In 2002, Garmin 530/430 avionics upgraded with Goodrich Traffic Watch, valued at $50k. This is better than Garmin TIS and near full TCAS system. Upgraded of Garmin 530/430 for WASS. Upgraded JPI 700 engine monitor to Model 800 with fuel flow, MP and reads % of horsepower.

    Installed dual 24V to 12V outlet plugs for portable devices. Replaced Bendix plug wires with Champion silicone covered harness. Replaced original AeroQuip hoses for fuel, oil and coolant with sealed Teflon Lined lift-time hoses. Replaced 48 screws on cowl with 24 quarter turn Dzus fasteners. So much nicer! Upgraded original Bendix magnetos with new types. Installed new skid indicator on co-pilot side. Installed removable 24 volt electric heater for back seats. Installed sintered metal brake linings.
