Montana from new until 1995 than in California and Nevada since. Wing leading edge replace in 1982 due to possible bird strike. Excellent repair using factory new parts. Nothing visible. No hail. All Logs. Aircraft is located in the hangars of Stancil Enterprises, Inc. in Placerville, California.
ENGINE NOTE
At tach time 2237.68 dated 8/26/97, Engine was disassembled, cleaned and inspected per TCM Manual. Engine was assembled with new camshaft, lifters, gasket set, main and rod bearings, rod bolts & nuts, oil pump gears per CSB 96-5, Crankshaft is a non-var shaft. All cylinders were reworked, valves and seats refaced, barrels are chrome and were honed to ring finish. New rings fitted to barrels & assembled on serviceable pistons. AD Note Listing: 77-13-22 P.C.W. on Crankcase. 87-23-08 Crankshaft Ultrasonic Inspected. 81-13-01 Removed Woodward Key from Oil Pump Drive Gear. New Type Gears per CSB-96-5 installed. 92-04-09 Torque Rocker Shaft Nuts to 110-120 inch pound. All work done by Medallion Engines, Inc., North Las Vegas, Nevada (FAA Certified Repair Station #Z12R346L). Low time, very fast Piper Turbo Arrow, Fresh TOP, King IFR, Autocontrol IIIB Auto Pilot, 72 gallons Long Range Fuel, No Hail and all the books.
