The engine in aircraft is a Military 750 TT engine with approx 770 TT hrs on this. this aircraft is on a 4000 hr progressive FAA approved maintence program which includes 50 100hr checks oil analys etc this engine can run continusually way past the military tbo till a problem arrrises high temps fuel flow etc This aircraft has been maintened by international jets in gasden alabama engine and aircraft is in excellent cond and runs strong, there is no reason to change this engine. If a problem should arrise as with a new or older engine a spare is available this is a 1000TBO 550 TT Military timeframe which when installed in this aircraft will apply to this aircraft on the 4000 progressive maintence program and can run continously past military TBO if all parameters are correct. Other L-39s not on this program will be considered run out when there engines reaches There TBO 500 750 or 1000 which ever TBO applys depending on what engine rebuild cycle is in there plane, And There engines still may be strong but will be considered unusable. This additional engine has a fresh 100 hr inspection from international Jets and is ready for service they can change engine in about 50 man hrs in Gasden Alabama if needed.
