Annual Inspection next due: September 1, 2015 Log Status: 1985-1990 airframe log lost, 1991 airframe logs to present. All engine and prop logs back to date of overhaul.
No Known Damage History other than a prop strike in June 2001, which resulted in no airframe damage, and the engine went through professional teardown & inspection by the original overhaul shop, Barrett Performance Aircraft of Tulsa, OK.
Also, one fuselage skin & two stringers replaced due to hangar rash, from Station 209.0 to 230.18 as per Form 337 dated 3-6-1998.
