Description
CONSIDER TRADE FOR ROBINSON R-44 RAVEN I, PREFERABLY IFR, CANADIAN FRESH WATER, LOCATION: ONT
Ref. # 7550
Edo 6470 floats ( no wheels ) Perfect aircraft for the guy who wants to remake the plane in his own image. Many people have made these planes into beautiful show planes in which they fly to airshows with Harley's in the back. On wheels the plane flies at speeds of 150 plus mph and uses 20 gph.
On floats it flies at 130 - 140 mph and hauls 1800 lbs with full fuel.
Really good performer and a really fast aircraft overall. You can fly boats and whatever you can think of externally. Great plane also for the guy who has a fishing camp up in canada. This plane won't let you down. This plane will take 7-9 people depending on how it's setup or 4 people with everything but the kitchen sink for a fishing trip.
These planes put the beavers to shame plus they are a great handling bush machine. Way easier to handle than an otter. The plane is also easy to maintain and parts are still available and there are many enthusiasts about the famous bush plane. " WORDS FROM THE OWNER"
