This aircraft was sold new on August 5, 1046 and was donated to Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, CA for use in the A&P Technology program in October 1968. The aircraft was not flown for 25 years until restored to flying condition in January, 1994, making it one of the “youngest” Swifts available anywhere in the world.
