Clean airframe, good original paint with minor touchups that still shows very well. This is the original deluxe interior that is in amazing shape with the only refurbishment being new carpet. The aircraft has been based and hangared in western Nevada for the past 30 years and has no corrosion issues. This is a TON of airplane for the money. Just rolled out of a Fresh Annual Inspection! Also, gear up landing in 1996 resulting in replacement of nose gear doors and belly skins with factory new parts. All work fully and professionally performed and documented.
