Accessories - QEC overhauled to include all accessories. - Carburetor inlet ducting overhauled. - New hoses and fuel pumps. Systems - IRAN radiators - Coolant tubes replaced and anodized. - New fuel tanks and plumbing installed. - Fuel strainers inspected, overhauled and alodined. - Main & reserve tank fuel senders overhauled & calibrated. Airframe - O hrs since extensive refurbishment. - Canopy glass and frame replaced/ repaired. - New cover panels fabricated for fuel tank openings. - 3 elevator and 1 throttle cable, pulleys, & hardware replaced. - 75 % of all flight controls bearings inspected replaced as needed. - Flap tracks and rollers cleaned and lubed. - Flap cables replaced. - Rudders removed and all brackets and attachments inspected and lubed. - Cowl formers overhauled & painted. - Radiators overhauled. - Oil coolers & cooler regulators overhauled. Landing Gear - Landing gear overhauled. - Main gear wells painted and detailed. - New hydraulic lines and gear door cables installed in main gear wells. - Fabricate new landing link forging. - Brakes overhauled - Wheels cleaned, stripped, inspected and powder coated. - New tires. Hydraulics - Hydraulic fittings replaced in engine and gear well compartments.
