    Description
A Bonanza Like No Other!! B35B (Last Four Pictures are of the Plane Before Remodeled) The avionics and flight management systems alone are worth more than the asking price of this one-of-a-kind beauty. (Yeah, I'm biased....) This is a one-of-a-kind airplane with so many upgrades and improvements, it's almost like getting an airframe for FREE! Motivated to Sell at only $56,499. You couldn’t buy and install the avionics/autopilot system for this price. OK...if I have your attention now, let me introduce you to N5032C...she is a B Model Bonanza 35 which came off the Wichita assembly line in March 1950. I have owned her since November 2004 and she has been based at historic Thun Field in Puyallup, WA (KPLU) for most of the past 15 years. In addition to all the comfort, smooth flying characteristics, power and economy of a Bonanza, she has many, many improvements that make her a modern aircraft ready for the future. Once you review the list of upgrades, improvements and maintenance care, you'll agree that this is no "Blue Book" airplane and is worthy of your consideration. It is fully IFR equipped and has a valid annual through February 2010. IFR Certification is valid through February 2011. Cruise at 140 knots on 10-11 GPH! Sightsee at 105 knots on 7-8 GPH! She has absolutely no corrosion and among the many extras you'll notice when you review the entire equipment list are: New interior in 2005; New Panel and Avionics in 2006-2009; New Paint in 2009. I included some "Before" photos so you can get some idea of the transformation/modernization. N5032C is For Sale by Owner. I am James MacFarlane of Tacoma, WA. My email address is [email protected] and you can call me at 253-861-6410 for more information. You can confirm ownership by checking out aircraft registrations on www.faa.gov . The successful buyer will receive 2 hours of ground school and five hours of dual instruction/orientation in the aircraft, if desired. The instruction will be performed by a CFI (not me) with significant time in this aircraft and it is offered ONLY at KPLU. Depending on your skill level and needs, you may be eligible to receive a Complex and/or High Performance Endorsement. These endorsements will be based solely on your performance and the evaluation of the CFI providing the instruction and there is no promise of endorsement. There is no discount on the price if you choose not to use the instruction/orientation. You will be responsible for the fuel charges of the instruction/orientation. The aircraft can be inspected at KPLU with a few hours prior notice. Any and all pre-sale inspection costs are the responsibility of the prospective buyer. All travel costs are the responsibility of the prospective buyer. Thanks for stopping by and taking a look. I hope you find her as attractive as I do. PS: The taxiing and flying pictures were taken on Sunday, May 31, 2009. 1. She has 6700 hours TTAF. (Never used as a trainer!) 2. Continental E225-8 Engine (225 HP). 1200SMOH. 1500 TBO. I've overhauled just about everything that doesn't require the case to to split and TBO is only regulatory for commercial operators. Compressions in the 60s at last annual in Feb 2009. Oil Consumption is approximately 1 qt / 25 hours. NO LEAKS! 3. 1 Gear Up Landing. Repaired to better than new by Avstar Aviation in Puyallup, WA. Premier non-factory Beech service center in the U.S. 4. Complete aircraft logs back to the first factory test flights. 5. All ADs complied with! 6. Max Gross Weight: 2650 lbs. Empty Weight: 1825 lbs 7. Fuel: 44 Gallons Useable. Has auto fuel STC!!! 8. Cruise: 140 knots on 10-11 GPH 9. This model not covered by the Wing Spar Issue 10.
