This airplane won the last 5 races it entered in the Varieze class at the R.A.C.E. events( Wendover 2001 @ 209.75 mph ). I was the High Points Champion for winning or placing in the most races in one year in 2001. It has Duel LightSpeed electronic ignition systems with the circuit board pickup. Although it comes with a set of LightSpeed high compression pistons they are not installed as when I stopped racing I put a new set of ECI cylinders with stock pistons and left everything stock. The cylinders now have approximately 50 hrs on them and are running cool and use almost no oil. ( Will trade for pre 1974 or c5 corvette ) 2001 R.A.C.E. High Points Champion
