Current owner is upgrading! For sale is this fantastic cross country machine, N6749T. In annual, last annual completed October 10, 2015. The current owner has spared no expense in the maintenance and upkeep on this 310. N6749T is a Cessna 310D equipped with fuel injected 260hp TCM IO-470-D engines. Service instruction SID97-3F has been completed on both engines. No obvious fuel or oil leaks were noted. The cabin and baggage doors fit the fuselage properly. The controls were unlocked and they moved without impediment. The tip tanks were approximately ½ full, and the auxiliary tanks were dry. The propellers were clean and nick free. The aircraft logbooks are original, legible, and organized. All the books are kept in a logbook binder along with other records and the FAA 337 forms that apply to the airplane. The aircraft's registration and airworthiness certificate were located in the aircraft. An owners operating manual was also found. The last weight and balance located was dated 3/10/12. AD notes are tracked throughout the logbooks and in a computer sheet that is kept in the logbook binder. Cleveland wheels and brakes. Belly strobe and rotating beacon. Tail strobe. Southwind heater serviced 4/2016. IFR certification 91.411 and 91.413 completed October 1, 2015.
