Leather Seats, grey interior, grey trim. Black carpet, off white headliner. Seats(some wear), Carpets and Headliner are in good condition. Side panels, Instrument panel and Glass are in very good conidtion (no haziness or yellow).

Routine Oil analysis done Burns 1qt/9hrs Fresh Annual in August 2011. No Corrosion. No deferred maintenance, all AD's up to date. No damage history. No Squawks. IFR Current Engine overhauled by Ly-Con Aircraft Engine & ACC in May of 1991 30 hrs STOH with new ECi Aero Cylinders Horizontal stabilator and gear AD's done
