This Piper 140 has the 160 HP STC from Penn Yan. The engine is a factory new 0320 Lycoming with only 136 hours since installation, aircraft has always been hangared and based in Ohio since new, logbooks complete, I have personally reviewed the engine and airframe books. Paint in excellent condition with very few nicks or scratches, it was painted with DuPont Imron High Gloss finish. All 4 seats recently recovered by a well-known aircraft interior facility. Carpet, side panels and headliner original and in very good condition. Black instrument panel very clean and well laid out. It has the new style attitude indicator and DG. Two place intercom built into panel with jacks for pilot and copilot. Beautiful, Privately Owned Piper 140 with 160 HP Mod, Excellent Paint, Always Hangared, Heavy VFR, Intercom, All Logs.
