    Courtesy Aircraft Sales is proud to be offering the following package for sale: Convair 880, msn 35 Complete Aircraft without Engines Convair 990, msn 2 with Engines Convair 880, msn 23 Forward Fuselage/Cockpit with Panel and Parts Convair 880, msn 03 Cockpit (Currently on Loan with Museum) Type Certificate/ OEM for the Two Models to include all the Data Sheets and All Supporting Documents for the Type History: The Convair 880 and 990 were aircraft that were built by the Convair division of General Dynamics Corporation in the mid-1950s to compete against the Boeing 707 and the Douglas DC-8. Two versions of the aircraft were developed and put into service, the Convair 880 version and the larger stretched version, the Convair 990 (Models 30.30A). Convair 880 (Models 22/22M) Announced in April, 1956, the Convair 880 was a four-engine transport aircraft for medium-range routes. Miscellaneous: Package is offered without manufacturing rights. Manufacturing rights can be discussed. After purchase, the Buyer will have 90 days to make arrangements with the Seller to move the TC’s and Aircraft. Parking is available at the airport.
