Annual Due: 4/04 Transponder Due: 4/04 Static System Due: 4/04 ELT Battery Due: 5/04 Oxygen Due: 4/07 The following is the complete Annual Inspcetion Report completed on 3/03 AIRFRAME: 03/20/02 Tach: 90.6 ACTT: 6482.1 Completed 100 Hour Inspection and service with the following repairs: Replaced Lt. Wing Main and Aux Fuel Cells and Gaskets. Replaced Rt. Wing Main and Aux Fuel Cells and Gaskets Replaced Cannon Connector and Wiring for Engine Compartment wiring. Replaced E.L.T. Battery and Preformed 91.207(d) Inspection and Check. E.L.T. model 110-4, s/n 50006, NEW BATTERY DUE MAY 2004. Replaced Lt. and Rt. Main Gear Flex Shafts with Webco PMA items. Replaced Landing Gear Switches and Harness Assembly with new fabrication with Properly marked M22759/16-18 wire as per maintenance manual. Reinstalled Oxygen Bottle after Hydro Test and Serviced System. Rebuilt Parking Brake Valve and rigged for proper operation. Installed Muffler Shroud Support Kit 756-775. Reinstalled Muffler after weld repair for pinhole. Cleaned, primered and painted Engine Mount at several locations. Shimmed and secured loose alternator mount assembly. Fabricated and installed Doubler Support Channel for Floorboard panel over Landing Gear Motor. Dissembled Lt. Main Gear Motor Bell Crank due to looseness. Inspected, cleaned and reassembled and torqued bolts to proper specs. C/W AD 77-13-01 (a)&(b), installed new Bungees, new thick walled Bungee arms, new Main Gear Springs, replaced Bushings and Bolts as required and rigged Landing Gear. Next Due Paragraph (a): 7482.1 Hrs. Paragraph (b): 6982.1 Hrs. or 03/2005 The above Landing Gear was work preformed by Wayne Hambright. Resealed all three Gear Struts Replaced Lt. and Rt. Main Gear Brake Linings and rebuilt Rt. Brake Caliper Assembly. Removed and resealed Rt. Brake Master Cylinder Assembly and bled Brakes Installed new Bracket Air Filter and completed FAA form 337. Repaired Cabin Door Seal leak and reinstalled Cabin Door. Removed Stabilator Assembly and inspected for corrosion. Cleaned and primered supports and reinstalled. Replaced Stabilator Trim Drum Bushings and reinstalled Drum. Dissembled Rudder Trim, Operational Checked and reinstalled with Trim Indicator in correct position. Replaced Vacuum System central Air Filter. Replaced cracked Lt. Main Gear Axle Retainer. C/W AD 68-05-01 by inspection of Muffler (hollow style) and installation of Piper Kit 756-775. The above AD is no longer recurring. C/W AD 94-13-10 (a) by inspection, no looseness noted. Next due: 6582.1 Hours C/W AD 76-07-12 by function test of Ignition Switch. Next due: Annual Inspection C/W AD 75-13-06 Forward Fin attach inspection. Next due: 6582.1 Dissembled loose Rt. Flap Attach Rod Eng and reassembled with proper hardware. Reshimmed Nose Gear Over Center ‘A’ brace at Clevis, Verified HT on Clevis Link and reassembled. Retorqued and Shimmed loose Shimmy Dampener Attach Bolt. Installed Placard for RaJay Turbo System (Electric Fuel Boost Pump On) C/W Piper SB 354B Disassembled, inspected and lubricated Fuel Selector Valve. Replaced burnt out Tail Nav Light Blub. C/W AD 2001-23-17 by inspection of Garmin GNS-430, s/n 96309733 and found to be PCW. Unit has modification #1. ENGINE: 03/20/02 Tach: 90.6 TSMOH: 1723 Completed 100 Hour Inspection Changed Oil and Oil Filter, serviced Engine with 12 qts. Aeroshell 80W Oil. Replaced Trubocharger System Oil Filter. Compression: 1. 70/80 2. 64/80 3. 76/80 4. 78/80 5. 66/80 6. 79/80 Reinstalled Lt. and Rt. Turbochargers after overhaul by Main Turbo, using new Gaskets. Lt. s/n: 0119784 Rt. s/n: 1688 Replaced #5 and #6 Cylinder Oil Return Tubes and rerouted Baffle Support Wire to prevent chaffing. Replaced all Cylinder Rocker Cover Gaskets. Removed Mixture Control Link, Centered Adjustment Screw and reinstalled Control Link. Replaced front Engine Baffle Felt Seal material. Replaced all Engine Shock Mounts. C/W Lycoming SB 518C by inspection of Thermal By-Pass Valve. p/n 75944 219330. C/W AD 93-02-05 by inspection of Fuel Injection Lines. No defects noted. Next due: I.A.W. para (c) each 100 hours, Annual Inspection, Engine Overhaul, or Fuel Injection Maintenance. C/W AD 96-09-04 built-up, pressure tested and installed new Trubocharger System, Oil Hoses, Fuel Hoses, and Air Reference Hoses. Hoses next due: Replacement March 2007 C/W AD 91-08-07 by installation of Restrictor Fitting at Fuel Pump Vent. Resurfaced Rt. Exhaust Stack and reinstalled with new Gaskets. 03/20/2002 Tach: 90.6 ACTT: 6482.1 I certify that this aircraft has been inspected in accordance with an ANNUAL INSPECTION and found to be in airworthy condition.
