Recent Maintenance: - Aircraft 200Hr inspection completed on airframe IAW Soloy Service Manual Supplement inspection checklist TABLE 763-2-III, and CAR 625.86 Appendix C. - The following deficiencies were rectified at this time; - Propeller overhauled and polished by A1 Propeller. - Aircraft paint stripped and repainted with Dupont Pearl White, Silver, and Red - All flight controls removed, repainted and reinstalled with new hardware as required. - LH and RH elevator tips Stene Aviation PN SA-1234640-1&-2 replaced with new. - Rudder RH skin PN 1231034-6 replaced with new. - Rudder lower rib PN 1231037-2 replaced with new. - RH Flap inboard upper skin PN 1220100-20 replaced with new. - LH Flap inboard upper skin PN 1220100-11 and inboard lower skin PN 1220100-9 replaced with new. - Cessna Service Bulletin SEB95-3 c/w on Flaps and no defects found. -McFarlane Aviation Flap Roller Assembly Service kit PN MCSK100 installed IAW STC SA01074WI and in conjunction with McFarlane Aviation PN FLP-KT-9 flap roller upgrade kit. - Flap position switch PN S9601-1 replaced with new, Flap travel checked. - LH & RH Wingtips Stene Aviation PN SA-0723200-5 & -6 replaced with new. - LH & RH Brake master cylinders PN 9882010-1 replaced with new - LH & RH Brake hoses PN S3465-2-0174 & S3465-2-0170 replaced with new. - All Control Column Bearings PN S2010-3 replaced with new. - All airframe hoses as referenced in SOLOY Service Letter 31-763 replaced with new. - Vacuum regulator filter PN D9-18-1 & Vacuum relief filter PN RA B3-5-1 replaced with new. - Fire Extinguisher installed PN RTA 1200. - First aid kit AOSH type B SN: A276F-M02 installed. - Aircraft battery replaced with new Gill G-247 SN G0238560 - AD CF-87-15R2 c/w New rollers, bushings and washers installed on pilot and co-pilot seats. -AD CF-90-03R2 heat muff inspection c/w no defects noted. - Wipline 3450A’s floats installed IAW STC SA 01185CH. Modification report filled out and all details of work accomplished recorded. - 200 HR Inspection completed on floats IAW Wipaire 3450 service manual #1002550 Rev C. - Brakes bled and gear swing carried out. - Aircraft reweighed and new weight & balance report prepared. Equipment list updated to reflect current equipment found installed. - 300Hr inspection completed on Engine IAW Rolls Royce Maintenance Manual 10W2 Table 602. - Vacuum pump PN RA216CW replaced with new. SN B15869 on SN 12AN641 off. - Soloy PN 780-3401-1 adapter, 780-3412-1 driveshaft SN 029, 780-3404-1 bushing, MS 172327 nut, and 780-3403-1 Engine Thru Shaft SN 069, all overhauled IAW Soloy W.O. # 17039198 - Flex Disc PN 780-3405-1 replaced with new. This flex disk unit was installed in the aft position, using existing attach hardware and bushings.
