Airframe has a total of 3500 hours. It has 1000 hours since IRAN, when the aircraft was totally disassembled and rebuilt. No damage or wrinkles. No hard aerobatics or other hard use. No corrosion. Clean with excellent paint. High gloss finish in very very good condition.

The engine is a Lycoming O-540E4A5, providing 260 horsepower. The engine has 1100 hours since NEW. This is not an engine that has been rebuilt 3 times. This is a later model wide deck engine. This is the more desirable engine that runs smoother and never gives a problem. Carefully managed and maintained. All hoses in the engine compartment have fire sleves and are teflon for unlimited life. No oil leaks, great compression in all cylinders.

Propeller is a Hartzel which has about 500 hours since a complete overhaul. All AD's have been complied with. Blades in perfect condition and have not been run in gravel or dirt. No leakage of any type from the hub.

Aircraft has C model updates to include boosted ailerons and short sticks. STC'ed mod of the airfilter assembly to allow the use of inexpensive foam filters. All mods have complete FAA legal paperwork. All installations of radio gear and GPS have complete paperwork.

Complete radio package with custom audio panel, providing two different communication radios, two different navigation radios and four different ways of displaying nav data. Package consists of the following; King,KY 196 TSO Com; King, KX 165 TSO Nav/Com; King, KN 64 DME; King, KT 76A Transponder with encoder; King marker lights; Northstar "M3 Approach" GPS with certification for enroute and approach modes; Stec 50 Autopilot with controls on the stick for disengage and altitude hold functions, Autopilot takes input from HSI, GPS and VOR; Sigma Tec HSI; Remote activated ELT; Co-pilot instruments; Argus 3000 moving map intigrated into the GPS system, display located under the HSI for fantastic situational awareness and no cross panel scan, Map displays speed, diatance and other information for safety of flight; Remote switching to display either VOR or GPS on the HSI. Remote transponder ident feature on the control stick.

Bose headsets built into the aircraft for the two front seat pilots. Jacks are available for the rear seat to take either Bose or general aviation headsets. Jacks for the two front seats to use helments or general aviation headsets. Canopy lock has been installed into the canopy rail. Lock ws obtained from Siai Marchetti, no holes in the fin. Current maintiance includes new duel electric fuel pumps and recent replacement of the mechanical pump. Recent rebuild of the landing gear motor and drive gear assembly. Tires are fresh with no flat spots. Aircraft equipped with high output 70amp alternator, correct military battery with venting. All hoses are fire sleeved, teflon for lifetime use. G meter, night lighting, etc, round out this very complete aircraft.

Paint is in excellent condition with high gloss and very few chips, no dings. Always hangered and seldom flown in the rain or other harsh conditions.

Black interior remains in excellent condition. Only the most minor marks from normal use. Removable seat backs to allow the use of parachutes. No rips or tears.

August annual with all inspections and AD's up to date and complied with. Nothing to do but get in and enjoy this wonderful flying aircraft.
