Extremely reliable IFR equipt M20G with upgrades over the last few years.  Has a  Lycoming O-360 which is rock solid; starts easily hot or cold.   Wing leveler with proper rigging results in almost autopilot like stability.  This a long body version of a Mooney so there is leg room for both front and rear passengers.
Modern features like a GNS430, electric landing gear and flaps.  Of course, it is a Mooney so it is relative fast, efficent and safe.  Lower insurance rates are also a plus.  Maintained at a Mooney Service Center.
