NOTATIONS • This is a one owner aircraft that has been based in Great Lakes Area and operated in a fresh water environment. It has always been kept hangared in Lower Michigan. • Repairs were made to the aircraft January 2000 @1500hrs after an Engine Crankshaft failure. The engine was overhauled at that time by Aviation Technical Consultants in Ontario, Canada. • Airframe repairs (Left Hull area, Left Float, Left Wing Skin) were performed by Lake Central Air Services in Gravenhurst, Canada.
