Survey modifications by AAS:
Survey power system: Conceived by Criddle and installed by Complete Avionics to provide:
• Dual survey instrument outlets, powered on ground by the aft (no2) survey battery
• Ground testing of survey instrument does not require pilot “switches” to be touched
• When connected to a GPU, the external power supply recharges the survey battery
• External power is a “ripple free” power supply to survey instruments
• After instrument is running, the a/c engine may be started & power transfer to a/c generator
• In flight the engine starter-generator provides survey power and recharges survey battery
• Generator failure in flight does not affect survey power, which auto-switches to aft battery
• Both batteries are available to pilot (if required) for engine starting (redundancy)
• External power may still be used to start the engine by GPU
Oxygen System 2 port 117 Cu Ft. with altitude regulator
