Restoration done over a three year period by an Aerospace technician/engineer with over 30 years experience (seven previous a/c built and 9 years at Bombardier as a manufacturing engineer and preflight supervisor of Dash 8/ Global Express line. Restoration Details: Entire Aircraft Disassembled in 2009. New wings including center section from Big Sky using West System epoxy for bonding and varnishing. Fuselage (never cut for dusting) was bead blasted. Fuselage primed, painted in light grey (to brighten interior and make corrosion/crackseasier to detect)and tubes oiled. All control surfaces and wing attachment fittings inspected, epoxy primed. All fabric covering is Stits Polyfiber finished in Nevada Silver (2 coats seal, 2 coats silver, 2 coats paint) this is a good basic, light finish. All graphics are vinyl and can be peeled off if buyer wishes to create own paint scheme. New AN hardware, control cables, bearings throughout. Struts polished and waxed. New tires and tubes (groove tread Goodyear mains, smooth Desser tail) BT-13 wheels with Hayes brakes on Haliburton gear (all brake and strut seals new) New SS firewall, fuel and oil lines, fittings, rebuilt fuel valve, fuel gage
