    690 SMOH, G-430, 330, IFR, good cosmetics Comments: The following components have been replaced or overhauled within the past six years: wing root seals, main gear to wing seals left and right, Champion Magneto Harness, main door latch and lock assembly, new fuel caps, left and right aileron bushings and hardware were replaced, left and right fuel sending units were replaced with overhauled ones, Installed new brake pads left and right, replaced left and right brake rotors, replace bushings and hardware on left and right flaps. The airspeed indicator, turn and slip indicator, the directional gyro and the attitude gyro were also overhauled.

Cylinder compressions at the annual were #1 78/80, #2 78/80, #3 78/80, #4 76/80. All static lines were replaced in 2010. This model B23 holds 58 usable gallons of fuel. All logs since new are present and there is a manual for the Garmin 430 included.

    Overall San Mateo Wheat, with Carnival Orange Trim and Desert Red accent. All windows and windshield have been replaced and show as new.

    Recent seats, sidewalls and carpeting, done in tan fabric with red vinyl trim. The carpeting is red and the instrument panel has been refurbished. The interior shows very neat and clean.
