    The exterior has been stripped and is ready for paint preparation and paint to customers specifications. Both carburetors have been overhauled and all accessories have been checked for proper operation. The interior seating arrangement is with 4 seats in the cockpit, 3 double seats and 3 single seats in the cabin area giving a total of 11 passenger seats plus 2 crew seats. It is now available in Carson City, Nevada, with an FAA Restricted Category License and approved for “Cargo and Aerial Photography”, with an FAA approved maintenance program.

    Inspection Status
    This Aircraft was converted to a “B” model (long wing) by Grumman in December, 1956. All 5 flight controls have been recovered with Stits Polyfibre material. The hull has had an inspection for corrosion and the landing gear, flaps and rudder boost system has been checked and re-sealed. The engines were de-preserved, all fuel and oil hoses were changed, pre-oil pumps dry kits are installed. All the old military equipment, radio gear and de-ice boots have been removed. A 4th cockpit seat has been installed along with a new battery and all hull drain plugs.
