Holy Toledo! You are looking at one of the nicest 1967 Debonair's in the US. This airplane has had impeccable service and has been taken care of it's whole life! If there is cream puff, it is this plane. TTAF is very low, along with a very low Factory Reman IO-550. This plane "Hauls the Mail"! Beryl D'Shannon windows, IO-550, Rosen Visors, S-Tec Auto Pilot with Alt Hold. WOW! Please hurry and at this price she won't last long!
Ownership History: This fantastic Debonair was owned by a retired Delta 777 Captain for the past 12 years. He used this plane to fly down Dothan,AL to visit his Grandchildren. The Captain decided to sell since he wasn't utilizing it anymore. This airplane has always been hangared and it shows!
Damage History: There was a slight incident with this Debonair back in 1990. Pilot was on roll out and and reached down to raise the flaps and accidentally raised the gear on roll out. The pilot very quickly realized what had happened and extended the gear. Slight gear door damage on left gear door. Repair was performed and is not visible. The IO-550 was installed post incident and was not affected.
Maintenance History: Complete, Comprehensive and Organized
In-flight report: Pilot left Gainsville, Georgia around, on a 401 NM leg, at 1:30 EDT and arrived at OKK at 4:15 EDT. Pilot said "The Debonair flew flawlessly and everything on her worked just fine". "This old girl climbed right to altitude and stretched her legs out for the 401 NM trip". "What a plane"!
