Low time fantastic powerful bird to fly. Brand new Southwind heater and is very warm. Have had it up in -35 and it gets hard to breath is so hot. Airplane has never been owned by commercial or training company's. New main landing gear tires and all struts (oleos) have been overhauled this year. Very smooth take off and landings. gross weight is 4800 and empty weight is 3073 giving the plane a useful load of 1727 pounds. I usually run out of space before running out of weight and balance. Has Altimatic auto pilot but disengages some times. Full set of Artic wing and engine covers

No Damage history, all logs right back to 1962. New Gill Battery installed, new main landing gear tires. Ground power is installed with ground power switch. 2 baggage compartments both good for 150 pounds.

Lycoming O-540-AID5. Serial number left L-5092-40, Serial number right L-5075-40. Both engines had Major overhaul when the aircraft came to Canada in 1974. current time since Major is 1524.6. Both run great and smooth. always starts even in very cold weather(of course with heaters on). Both engines had new carburetors installed in 2014. Burns approximately 1 quart of oil every 5-6 hours on both engines.
