The aircraft shall be certified to the transport category airplane / large airplane airworthiness requirements of TC, FAA and EASA.
The Aircraft shall be certified for operations in day and night, under known icing, VFR and IFR conditions, RVSM / DRVSM operations and Category II operations.
The pressurization system shall be certified for operations to a maximum pressure altitude of 51,00 ft (15.545 m).
The aircraft and its installed equipment (excluding cabin systems) shall be certified to operate at sea level ambient temperatures from -40°C (-40°F) to +50°C (+122°F).
Unless otherwise agreed to between Seller and Buyer, Seller will provide Buyer with a Transport Canada or FAA Standard Airworthiness Certificate, compliant with Private category operations per TC CAR 604 or FAA FAR Part 91. AUTOFLIGHT :
Automatic Flight Control Systems (AFCS) provides an interface with the flight control system. The AFCS includes computations for flight guidance, autopilot and auto throttle.
The flight director modes are selected on the Flight Control Panel (FCP) or via the take-off go-around switches on the throttles.
Each automatic flight control system includes an automatic throttle subsystem, consisting of thrust and speed commutations that drive and integrated Throttle Quadrant Assembly (TQA).
COMMUNICATIONS :
The Aircraft communication system includes a triple VHF Communication system, an HF Communication system, a dual SELCAL system, a Datalink system (including Modes A and 2, as well as FANS and CPDLC functionalities), and a triple digital audio system.
INDICATIONS / RECORDING SYSTEMS :
The Indicating / Recording system includes the Electronic Flight Instrument System (EFIS), a Cockpit Voice Recorder (CVR) system (supporting the recording of Datalink communications) with a Recorder Independent Power Supply (RIPS), a Flight Data Recorder (FDR) with an Underwater Location Device (ULD), an Emergency Locator Transmitter (ELT), and dual GPS synchronized clocks.
Automatic display reversion reduces workload and ensures that the primary information is always available to the crew in all display configurations.
