Call us today! Ownership History: We bought this airplane from a Gentleman in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He had this aircraft and a homebuilt aircraft as well. He had owned this Cherokee for several years but just wasn't flying it as much as he used to and therefore decided to sell it. Damage History: Visual inspection of the airplane revealed no damage. Upon reading the logbooks, the aircraft had a prop strike in 1986, however both the engine and prop have been overhauled since then. Maintenance History: Complete and original logs, well organized and legible! In-flight report: Our pilot reported that the airplane started easily, and the engine ran smooth with every power increase or reduction. This engine has plenty of memory-making flying hours ahead of it. Everything was "in the green" and the airplane controls were tightly rigged. The airplane flew "hands off" with very minimal input from the pilot.
