Airframe construction 100% complete. Just Cover and install engine/avionics. 150 - 400 hours to be ready to fly. .Construction of airframe is totally complete. All surfaces are installed and working. No further construction is needed. Just install the engine, instruments, radio, and cover and you are ready to go. Panel is cutout to make dropping in included instruments and radios easy. Wings are complete and ready to cover. All wood used is sealed using a light coat of high quality marine varnish. 1200 hours of professional A & P labor have been invested to get the kit to this stage. All work done is of the highest quality. I purchased this from an A & P who bought the kit in 1996 as his second aircraft project and then unfortunatally fell ill with cancer before completeing the kit. It was purchased it in its current condition and have stored it in my dry california garage for a little more than a year. All documentation is included with this aircraft including construction manuals and checklists. The documentation covers roughly 10 2-3" binders alone. Lycoming 235 L2C firewall forward included ready to bolt up a 235 with every nut, bolt, mount, pump, and preterminated line included. I have a complete 235 L2C with 607 hours on new cylinders from a Cessna 152 I own available for the right price - not included in 18k with airframe. Good compression history 75/76/76/76 of 80 at last inspection, clean oil filter, inspected 1/13/2006. Flown up to 2/1/2006. Complete with mags, vac, etc. Make me a fair offer. I also have a Subaru EJ22 package with redrive if that is your flavor of choice.

This aircraft has similar dimensions and performance numbers to a super cub if you install the subaru EJ22 (135-150 hp, 1500 - 2000 FPM estimated). With the lycoming 125 hp (L2C 235 using sparrow hawk high compression pistons) you should get excellent performance (well in excess of 1000 FPM climb, and very short takeoff distances).
