    T-38 Project
This is a T-38 project.  The owner spent years collecting parts.  Not just any parts but only parts with paperwork.  Everything is documented in some way---i.e. yellow tags, USAF paperwork etc.  He has several times the asking price invested but has realized that at this point in his life he isnt going to get it done.  The complete project is for sale for $369K.  It is estimated that it is 85% complete.  All of the big items are there so this appears to be a very doable project.  There is not a complete inventory listing available.
