Clean Airframe, No Damage History, IFR Equipped with GPS, Fresh Annual, Looks Good, Very Low Price! Although this Skyhawk has higher time, it has been well maintained and cared for. All engine compressions are in the upper 70's! It has many extras including wingtip strobe lights, and dual push-to-talk switches! It is economical, IFR equipped, and has rear seat intercom plug-ins for your friends and family! This Skyhawk is a great time builder and would be very ideal as a private pilot or IFR trainer and is set to provide many more economical years of flying. At this price it will not last long! Ownership History: We purchased this aircraft from a nice gentleman in Texas near Houston. He personally owned this airplane and was an active participant in the Pilot's N' Paws Pet Rescue Services. He upgraded to a Cirrus airplane and didn't want to own two airplanes, therefore he decided to sell. Damage History: A visual inspection of the airplane as well as a review of the logbooks and a discussion with the previous owner, showed no evidence of any damage history. Maintenance History: Logbooks are original, complete, comprehensive, well organized and legible. In-flight report: Our Pilot flew this Skyhawk back from Texas. He told us the engine started easily and ran smooth throughout the flight with ease. The airplane flew straight and handled very well through all phases of flight. Our pilot noted that the Left Fuel gauge is inoperative, and the Datcon (Hobbs) Meter appeared to stop working during the long trip.
