Major restoration by Type Certificate Holder (Sierra Hotel Aero) completed in 2006. Converted aircraft from G model to H model Rangemaster. New TSIO-520 engine with tubular engine mount and composite cowling. Wings de-mated, cleaned, fuel system refurbished (welded tanks where necessary, new hoses, etc.), new control cables and landing gear cables installed. Complied fuel selector valve AD with new fuel selector valve. All core systems reviewed. Complete panel make-over with Garmin avionics (avionics work by Wipaire). New glass. Completely new 24-volt electrical system and avionics. New high intensity discharge (HID) landing lights on leading edges of the wings. Outstanding Nav and Anti-Collision / Strobe lighting system for increased safety and visibility. Complete panel lighting for night flight, including ribbon light on the underside of the glare shield. Interior: Refurbished in 2006 (all but seats). Seats completely refurbished in 2011 with izit leather. Paint: Original but flaps and firewall-forward have been painted Log books: Logs missing prior to 1988 Damage: 10/2006 - Gear-up landing. Repaired completely by Matt Jackson in June 2007 (including complete tear-down and inspection of engine, new Aviall fire-sleeve hoses in engine compartment, and factory new propeller). Close to $300,000 invested in this unique Navion! Converted from G model to H model in 2006! Low time engine & prop! Price Reduced!
