Very well taken care of plane with new paint. Annual due Dec 31st. All logs available, Adlog system, Whelan strobes, Horton Wingtips, 40 degree flaps, 38 gal, articulating pilot seat, modern night time instrument lighting. Aircraft has dual airworthiness certificates-Standard and Restricted for (Night Sign operation). Replaced carb, starter, right mag, alternator, voltage reg, transponder in the last 5 years. I'm a google engineer and have been the only owner and operator of this aircraft since I purchased last year. Previous owner was a commercial pilot who used it for banner towing, he owned it for over 10 years. The Lycoming engine runs like new, October oil changed showed no metal fragments in oil filter. I've flown it round trip New York and San Francisco, it cruises at max gross weight, 13000' without problems. Phenomenal plane. I will miss it, but I recently purchased a Baron and this one must go. Mechanic recommends overhaul at 2300. Anticipated annual of $1200. No accidents or anything unusual to report. Never had a hiccup with this aircraft. Tow bar, original POH, and other typical accessories all included. Never used by flight school. No squawks or inop equipment, everything works This plane was based out of NJ, has only been in Florida a few months.

IFR static/altimeter/transponder checks were done in January of 2013, good until 2015. Annual performed February 2014.
