    Description
A really nice, AZ-based A-1 with all logs, always US registered and excellent maintenance. This Husky went through the complete Aviat Aircraft “Bronze Refurbishment” program in 2005 ($30,000+) due to the original dope finish cracking. This refurb program included new fabric and exterior polyurethane paint on the entire aircraft, new Oregon Aero seats (front and rear), new belly panels, a new EGT/CHT gauge, and lots more. Completed at 1460 TTSN in March, 2005. While the airframe was being recovered, a first-run overhauled engine (to new limits by Lycon) with new cylinders, mags, carb, etc was installed. It was installed with new Lord mounts, muffler and fluid-carrying hoses. The airframe had a prop strike early in its life (at about 500 hours) with a different engine. There was no airframe damage. This engine (unlike many Huskies of this same vintage) complies with Service Instruction No. 1009AS for 12 year service intervals. We just did a fresh VFR transponder/altitude reporter check and it got a new turn coordinator. 100% ready to go. An EXCELLENT A-1! Full recover/repaint @ Aviat in 2005, low time quality overhauled engine, current annual, AZ based and hangared. Nice!
