800 SMOH. 4 cylinder lycoming. Has been very dependable and trouble free. Alternator & digital voltmeter. The digital EGT and vernier mixture control allows for very precise settings. Carb temp ice alert eliminates need for carb heat on each landing.

60 Hours since major.

Center stack instrument panel, 1 piece windshield, Hoerner wing tips, Lopresti spats and flap seals (which improves landing characteristics), small nosewheel.

KX170B navcom, KR86 ADF, TI Loran, All electric STEC coupled autopilot (does not require vacuum).

Modern gyros, vertical card compass, digital egt, voltmeter. Carb temp, 4 place intercom.

Color is creme with maroon and orange highlights. Paint age is unknown but still accepts a good shine. There are some paint repaired areas so I would rate it a 7. I ahve owned it about 12 years and always hangared it. The previous owner also kept it hangared.

Age unknown. It could possibly be well preserved original rated 6.

Annual just completed ready to sign off. Same mechanic has cared for this plane ever since I purchased it. He is very meticulous.
