N700EE is equipped with Lycoming TIO-540-U2A engines, which were designed by Lycoming as turbo-charged 350 hp engines for the Piper Aerostar 700P. These engines have 769.3 hours since factory new. These engines are not only designed around the heavy case and crankshaft design, they also have the much improved later generation cases over the original -U2A engines . These engines are part of a first-class installation, done at the Aerostar Aircraft factory with new throttle, prop and mixture cables and a huge number of overhauled and new components. Propellers have 760 hours since overhaul - both have late style hubs with no recurring A.D.'s
