The Cessna 172XP comes standard production with 195 HP IO-360K engine and constant speed prop. This plane is elgible for the Isham modification which increases power to 210 HP. The stock plane has excellent climb performance and performs well at high altitudes. No hail damage. Top and bottom left aileron skins replaced do to being back into a hanger door in 1992. Excellent repair. Nothing visible. This aircraft has just undergone a $5000 annual (copy on file) and is in excellent shape. Complete logs since new.
