1951 C-35 Bonanza in great condition. This is a high quality great flying aircraft that I have flown since 2006. I currently have a growing family and need to upgrade to a larger model. It has been regularly maintained and always hangered since I have owned and operated it. The aircraft is extremely fast and efficient. I normally cruise at 75-80% power and read 160 its with fuel burn in the 9-10 gph range. I run the aircraft just rich of peak and it fly's like a champ. This is a great plane for any cross-country flight. I have flown it from NM to Wyoming to Washington and back. It never misses a beat. C-35 Bonanza is in great condition. Has gone through extensive annual.

E-185 Continental. This engine is 225 HP for Take Off and 185 HP sustained. Engine runs great. I have never had any issues with it at all. Very Powerful and all compressions in the mid 70's over 80. The compressions are very consistent through all cylinders. All A/D's have been complied with.

Equipped with the Beech Electric Constant speed propeller. This propeller functions will and does not have any creep at all. When you set it at an RPM it stay at that RPM. All A/D's have been complied with.

Tail Modifications have been completed. Ruddervator balance has been completed. Beryl D Shannon Glass with new portal windows have been install. Speed glass windshield. New battery storage outside the firewall. New battery cables.

Narco MK-12D NAV/ COM. With VOR indicator. Narco CP 136 Audio Controller, Collins Mode C Transponder, Lowrance 2000 Moving Map GPS (VFR), Apollo II Morrow Flybuddy 800 Loran. Upgraded Panel with new fuel gauges, JPI Fuel Monitoring system, JPI Engine Monitoring system. All equipment works well.

Third 10 Gal Fuel tank under the rear seat. STC for Automotive Fuel.
